Our Impact

Family Promise of Ontario County works with our community to develop unique holistic solutions for families facing homelessness. Families come to us in crisis; our approach of coordinated compassion that is trauma informed helps them rebuild their lives with new skills and ongoing support.

CHANGING LIVES

Nationally, Family Promise, over the past 30+ years, has provided shelter, meals, case management, homelessness prevention and stabilization services to nearly 1 million family members. Our Ontario County site opened in September of 2018.

We believe families should stay together — not be separated — during the most difficult times in their lives.

Collectively, FPOC mobilizes more than 700 dedicated volunteers who make a tremendous difference in families’ lives—and in their communities.
