Pastor/Church Liaison

Rev. Claude Valdes has been an ordained Assemblies of God minister since 1999, serving in multiple sectional and statewide leadership roles. He has co-authored discipleship resources, spoken at conferences, and is the founder and CEO of The Forward Collective, a coaching and consulting firm focused on church health and organizational leadership.

Claude holds a degree in Biblical Studies and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Organizational Development Consulting. He brings this expertise to Family Promise, along with a passion for uniting pastors and churches to serve their communities.

Since moving to the Rochester area in 2018, Claude and his wife, Meredith, have served as the Lead Pastors of Centerway Church in Mendon/Victor. They have three children and are dedicated to helping others grow in faith and service
