Need Shelter?

Our Emergency Shelter Program offers shelter to families in Ontario County with at least one child under 18. Eligibility requires passing a background check and being employed or willing to work.

Facing Eviction?

Our Eviction Prevention Program offers one-time rental assistance to families in Ontario County with at least one child under 18 who have received an eviction notice.

Homeless and Need Housing Assistance?

Our Shelter Diversion Program provides support with a security deposit or first month's rent for families in Ontario County with at least one child under 18.

Graduated from Emergency Shelter?

Our Stabilization Program offers continued support to families who have completed our Emergency Shelter Program. We help families stay housed through ongoing case management and training programs, including budgeting, landlord-tenant relations, and career development.

Need Additional Assistance?

Our Community Outreach Program connects individuals and families to resources from other agencies when we’re unable to provide direct assistance. This program also offers occasional financial help and distributes essentials like food or necessities to those in need.
