Joel Jarnot is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 15 years of experience in financial leadership. He has served as a financial controller for organizations ranging from $40 million to $1 billion in revenue, demonstrating expertise in financial planning, analysis, and governance.

Joel joined Family Promise of Ontario County to apply his financial acumen to the fight against homelessness. Since learning about the depth of the issue, he has become deeply committed to helping families achieve sustainable housing and financial stability. As the Chair of the Finance Committee and a member of the HR Committee, he plays a key role in guiding the organization’s fiscal strategy.

Outside of his professional and volunteer work, Joel enjoys hiking and live music. He cherishes time with his wife, son, and dog, who are the greatest joys in his life.
