Marketing Committee Chair 

Shelly Dinan is a writer, graphic designer, and owner of Dinan Communications, a public relations and marketing firm. With over 25 years of experience serving public and private sector clients nationwide, she specializes in media management, social media, public awareness campaigns, community outreach, and marketing.

A founding member and former executive officer of the Rochester Police Foundation, Shelly is passionate about using her skills to help families in crisis. She joined Family Promise to support its mission of providing stability and support for families experiencing homelessness.

Shelly is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to visit her daughters in Washington, D.C., and New Zealand.
