Our Community Outreach Assistance Program connects individuals and families to vital resources when we are unable to provide direct support. Whether it’s referrals to other agencies, small financial assistance, or essential items like food and clothing, we are committed to helping those in need find the support they deserve.
How It Works:
Through this program, we offer:

referrals to community resources for housing, food, and other essential services

occasional financial assistance, such as bus passes, gas cards, or grocery gift cards

distribution of essential items, including food, diapers, clothing, and household goods

access to community-driven initiatives, such as food pantries, furniture donation programs, drop-in community centers, clothing closets, diaper banks, and holiday gift drives
Our team listens to each individual’s situation and works to connect them with the right resources.
Eligibility Requirements:
This program is available to individuals and families in Ontario County who are in need of assistance but do not qualify for our core programs.
