Melissa brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to her role at Family Promise of Ontario County. With a background spanning corporate retail and community focused nonprofit work, she combines multitasking and adaptability skills with a deep understanding of the challenges families face. Since joining the team in 2022, Melissa has worn many hats; including fund development, coordinating family stabilization efforts, managing annual events, and supporting numerous other initiatives. Her hands on approach ensures families receive compassionate, consistent support while fostering meaningful connections within the community. Melissa hold an A.A.S from FLCC. 

I joined Family Promise of Ontario County drawn by the opportunity to support families who reminded me of my own. Having navigated the challenges of raising a family and building a home, I deeply relate to the families we serve and strive to provide steady, compassionate support. I am inspired every day by their resilience and strength. Being part of a team and community that makes this work possible is a true privilege.
