Graduated from Emergency Shelter?

Our Stabilization Program provides ongoing support to families who have completed our Emergency Shelter Program, helping them stay housed and build long-term stability. Through continued case management and structured training programs, we equip families with the skills and resources needed to prevent a return to homelessness.

We Provide:

Families who graduate from our Emergency Shelter Program are eligible for continued support tailored to their needs, including:

  • case management to help navigate challenges and maintain stable housing

  • tenancy training to build strong relationships with landlords and maintain leases

  • financial capability and budgeting programs to promote long-term stability

  • career pathways and educational initiatives to support employment and personal growth

  • health and wellness resources to ensure overall family well-being

  • technology support to bridge the digital divide and improve access to opportunities

  • support if your current housing situation has become unstable

Our goal is to ensure that every family who leaves our shelter remains securely housed and never experiences homelessness again.

Eligibility Requirements:

The Stabilization Program is available to families who have successfully completed our Emergency Shelter Program and are now in permanent housing.
